Customer Journey Mapping

A customer journey map detailing interactions across various touchpoints throughout the experience of an app, crafted in collaboration with a cross-functional team includes engineers and other stakeholders.

Modular Type Scale

Font values generated using a modular type scale (https://type-scale.com/) while setting up a Design System for a multi-platform experience. The document contains a comprehensive list of font sizes, line heights and weights etc. for various breakpoints – handed off as part of a collaboration with engineers for easy implementation.

Mind Mapping

A mind-mapping session for an app strategy conducted with a remote team of engineers and other stakeholders. The goal of this exercise was to help align user goals with business goals and discuss the scope of the project. Using ideation techniques like the Kipling method(Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How.), I was able to help facilitate discussions amongst stakeholders and agree upon a common shared goal. The visual bit was immensely helpful in generating conversations, especially with a remote team.

User Scenarios

An overview of various user scenarios being mapped out for an app component during a strategy session with stakeholders and engineers. The goal was to understand the Enhanced Feature set, Intuitive UI, which allows developers to link up different departments/business categories, and diminish the need for having multiple single-purpose application Using real-world examples, I explored various scenarios and generated concepts to help align our product goals.

Style Guide Handoff

A comprehensive style guide as part of an asset handoff to the developers, serving as a single source of truth for any style updates. These are usually accompanied by redlines/spec sheets generated using Zeplin/Invision Inspect etc.

Information Architecture

Information architecture for a software discovery platform.
